We have received your work order.

Please help us to be efficient with our day by following the instructions below.

• Please have your vehicle in between 8am to 9am on your appointment day.
• Please leave your keys in the vehicle.
• It is not necessary to come into the office when you drop off, but you are welcome to do so.
• Since we have the work order we have what we need to proceed.
• Please DO NOT BACK UP OR PARK YOUR VEHICLE other than at the STOP sign
• Please have all storage compartments & windows locked. Secure all items so that the vehicle is in a condition to drive. Please make sure that all walkways are clear and that there are no pets left in the vehicle.
• Please make sure entry door can lock and that we have keys for the door & compartments
• All appointments are for drop offWaiting in the vehicle or living in the vehicle while we are working on the vehicle is not permitted.
• Not responsible for windshields that may be damaged while on test drive.

THERE WILL BE A CHARGE TO CALL IN TO ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY CONTRACT FOR COVERAGE OR FOR INSPECTION.

DISCLAIMER:

• Labor rate per man hour is $195.00
• Customer must have all storage compartments & windows locked.
• Door must be able to lock and key provided to lock entry door.  Walkways need to be clear and vehicle must have all items secure for driving.
• Not responsible for house batteries staying charged. Coaches cannot be plugged in.
• Not responsible for plastic or items that may dry rot on vehicles older than 10 years old.
• Refrigerators & freezers must be emptied at time of drop off.
• Vehicles must have at least a 1/2 tank of fuel and batteries must be charged & hold a charge.
• There will be a charge to call into any extended warranty contract for coverage & for inspection.
